Copeland Borough Council, South Lakeland District Council and the Lake District National Park Authority are seeking a costed proposal and innovative methodology from suitably experienced consutlants to undertake a piece of work focusing on the assessment of housing needs in rural areas. The study is required primarily to inform the Local Authoroties as how best to assess and determine the housing needs of rural area using a model and process that can be quickly and easliy refreshed by the Local Authorities.
