Repair and maintenance services of military electronic systems

Tender description

The Pre-Flight Message Test Facility (PFMTF) at the Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Centre (JEWOSC) requires regular maintenance and repair services, including updates to the software as required. The Authority has a requirement to provide a 4-year contract to support the Pre-Flight Message Test Facility at the Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Centre to support the Wildcat. The requirement is for Repair services including updates to the software as required: — Obsolescence Management, — Technical Queries, — Technical Support, — Fault Investigations, — Operator and Maintainer Training, — Technical Publication Review, and, — Spares Provisioning. HELSS/0073 is subject to DEFCON 658 - Cyber and DEFSTAN 05-138 - Cyber Security for Defence Suppliers. A Cyber Risk Assessment has been carried out by the Project Team and a risk level of Low has been identified (Reference: RAR-ANCX42AX). In order for a supplier to demonstrate their compliance MOD has created Octavian. This is an online tool that enables suppliers to complete a supplier assurance questionnaire (SAQ).
