Tender description

Health Education England (HEE) is pleased to invite tenders for a one-year contract to evaluate and develop the evidence base for our risk-based approach to quality assurance, which is currently based on our Quality Strategy, Quality Framework and Handbook and Intensive Support Framework. The objectives of the procured research are:- •to establish a baseline for the development of the evidence base, •to enable local HEE quality teams to accurately and consistently measure both risk and good practice, •to collect and collate tried and tested HEE quality interventions which can be replicated and adapted to meet the needs of other teams when required, •to develop a model which can be used to design and evaluate new HEE quality interventions, •to develop a suite of evidence based case studies •To devise an effective methodology to evaluate the resource and cost implications of HEE’s quality assurance activities and interventions •To engage with key stakeholders to ensure that the research supports relevant professional and organisational agendas •To demonstrate relevance and application of the above objectives to HEE’s quality related business activities, including quality assurance and reporting, publishing reports on educational quality and updating the current Quality Framework.
