Provision of Car Park Security Services

Tender description

The Council is seeking applications from suitable suppliers for the provision of Security Services to Lock up Gloucester Green at midnight each day. All guards are expected to hold SIA licences and be trained to operate the specific site. The service is to include, reporting of; • Vandalism • Graffiti • Physical damage to the property of Oxford City Council. • Theft from vehicles • Theft or attempted theft from Council property including cash from the payment machines. • Unauthorised or inappropriate use of car park i.e. for overnight sleeping or the purpose of using alcohol or drugs and other inappropriate behaviour. • Recording and reporting any concerns that they may come across that may represent a health & safety risk. • Lock up Gloucester Green at midnight each day.
