Tender description
Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the construction of a Redland Roofing System for 150 properties located in Penywaun, a village and community in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf. The requirement for this package of work consists of the renewal of the main roof covering to include making good to disturbed surfaces and structures together with all associated work across 150 properties. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a suitable partner to deliver the required works. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single supplier to deliver these works.
