Tender description

Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) employs 300 office based staff at a number of sites distributed within the Authority's boundaries. Frequently it is necessary for the Authority to book external venues for the delivery of training, conferences, functions and meetings. B&NES have an existing framework for the provision of these services however we wish to add to this framework to ensure increased geographical coverage. It should be noted that this procurement falls under the "Light Touch Regime" as detailed in Section 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Please note: 1) We are not seeking Event Management Companies. We wish to contract directly with venues. 2) The lead officer is not available between the 15th of February and the 12th of March.
