Tender description

Aims to source a research agency to recruit participants to test a range of our services, including digital systems and written communications. Also require the research agency to recruit participants to take part in other testing and research run by the authority as and when required. Typically require five people for each round of user research (recruited to different specifications) throughout the period of the contract. In addition we would like to hold focus groups with 5 - 10 participants. Research agencies must have a strong recruitment network, particularly in Birmingham, Manchester and London, as testing could take place every two weeks and fresh participants are needed for each round.
