Tender description

The procurement of an architectural practice to act as the lead designer and architect from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver a new Openshaw campus. Co-ordinating the design and delivery to meet the client's budget, programme including phasing of various new builds, site clearance, external work, car parking, extensions and refurbishments including logistical plans for decanting via a combination of design and build contract including novation and traditional contracts without novation.
