Tender description
The GGP system is the map system required by our planning system IDOX. This contract is for the licences and support of this system. The original contract for system support is due to expire 30.6.2018. While other systems exist, the current system is the only system compatible with our IDOX system, so we are unable to move away from this system while the IDOX system is in place The licences and support for the current system can only be provided by a single supplier who own and operate the system. A procurement exemption has been granted for the software licences and support for the GGP system and a direct award to the company that provided the system for a 4-year licence and support contract has been sought.
