Tender description
Lot 1 LCC Beds – Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) requirements include a block of Transitional and Reablement beds payable at the Older People High Dependency rate. Lot 2 Health Beds – Health partners including the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS), wish to commission Transitional Care and Reablement both residential and nursing beds. Lot 1 LCC Beds – Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) requirements include a block of Transitional and Reablement beds payable at the Older People High Dependency rate. This cost reflects the multi-purpose usage of the beds. The number required will be up to a maximum of 16 beds for LCC depending on availability and costs. Lot 2 Health Beds – Health partners including the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS), wish to commission Transitional Care and Reablement both residential and nursing beds. The number of beds being a maximum of 12 depending on availability and costs.
