Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council (‘the Authority’) invited Tenders from suitably qualified providers (‘Tenderers’) for the provision of Independent Health Complaints Advocacy on the Isle of Wight. The contract is to run from 1.1.2018 for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Island's Independent Health Advocacy Service provides the statutory advocacy duty on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council, to help people who wish to make a complaint about the NHS. It supports individuals to express their views and pursue their health complaint taking due regard of the NHS complaints process. The annual budget for the Provision of Independent Health Complaints Advocacy on the Isle of Wight is between the following parameters: 40 000,00 GBP - 45 000,00 GBP.
