Tender description

Northern Regional College (NRC) proposes to build 2 new buildings in Coleraine and Ballymena. Ballymena build will be circa 17 227 m2 at the existing Ballymena site. Coleraine build will be circa 11 649 m2 on the existing Coleraine site. NRC wish to appoint a single economic operator to provide the services of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) with project management, architecture, cost management, engineering and other associated construction professionals in related disciplines who will develop an exemplar design to RIBA Plan of Work Stage 3 and acquire full planning permission for each campus. The ICT will manage the procurement of an Integrated Supply Team (IST) for each campus and administer the IST contracts until the end of the defects period. The Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) Memorandum of Information (MOI) Part B provides more specific details.
