Tender description

The existing listed former Waterside railway station is to be refurbished and brought back into active reuse as the new North West Multimodal Transport Hub, with works to include: — new platforms and canopies, — new staff and passenger facilities, — an enhanced ‘Park and Ride’ car parking, — public realm scheme, — as well as a Greenway. The Consultant shall proactively lead and coordinate all System Change Management activities in order to ensure Translink has fulfilled its duty to demonstrate that the change has been implemented to the required level of safety. These should include, but not be limited to the following: — System Safety Plan, — Review of the Preliminary System Definition (to ensure currency), — Development of a Full System Definition document to support the System Change Management process, to name but a few.
