is an Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Cleaning and Caretaking Services at St Mary's RC Primary School, Rochdale. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning and Caretaking tasks are completed, within the agreed time scale to a high standard and to the satisfaction of the Headteacher or designated officer. It is expected that the contractor will keep all the inside areas of school, including furniture, floors, walls, doors (including fittings) dust free and clean from any marks, paint, glue, finger prints etc at all times. All kitchen and toilet areas and all tables and surfaces used by children, to be cleaned with antibacterial cleaner daily. The outside must be kept clean, tidy and litter free at all times. The Contract is for an initial 2 year period from the 11th June 2018 with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years. Keywords: Cleaning , Caretaking , Schools
