Tender description

The Authority is looking to appoint a single provider to support the development of the programme arrangements for the Hull Place Based Plan and to transfer the skills to a multi-disciplinary team necessary to sustain the programme going forward. The deliverables required of the contractor within the commission will as a minimum include: (a) Facilitation of the establishment of central programme management team reporting into the board; (b) Creation of a Implementation Plan to be delivered across the city supported by a benefits realisation plan; (c) Development of a shared outcomes framework and performance dashboard using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services; (d) The formation of an integrated workforce development plan for the development of the multi-agency team; (e) A report recommending appropriate governance arrangements to sustain the programme.
