Places for people are seeking to appoint service providers to a fire alarms framework for a period of 4 years. Places for people has a portfolio of fire alarms in 596 sites across England that are to be serviced and repaired in line with the provided specifications. There is also a planned upgrade/modernisation programme as well as new installations across the Group. The current portfolio across North East England consists of 45 sites located in the NE, DH, DL and TS postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. The current portfolio across North West England consists of 142 sites located in the BB, BL, CW, FY LA, M, OL, PR and SK postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. The current portfolio across Yorkshire and the Humber consists of 154 sites located in the BD, DN, HD, HG, HU, HX, LS, S and YO postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. The current portfolio across South East England consists of 13 sites located in the BN, CT, DA, PO, T and TN postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. The current portfolio across South West England consists of 164 sites located in the BA, BS, LU, SN and TA postcode areas.
