The following works are required at Hawkhurst Cottage Hospital: • Internal refurbishment works to the Bungalow. • Supply and installation of replacement external cladding to the Physiotherapy Building. • Upgrade existing dirty linen and refuse store to a larger compound (Bin Store) Creation of a new compliant medical gas store compound. KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Due North (Procontract) e-procurement portal. Once suppliers have expressed their interest, all ITT Documents will be sent to them via the Due North portal on Monday February 19 2018. Bidders must be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status. A Site visit will be held week commencing February 19. A JCT Intermediate Building Contract will be applied to these works.
