The Purchaser is seeking to appoint external consultants for the provision of the majority of its professional Estates Services. The Purchaser is seeking to appoint external consultants for the provision of the majority of its professional Estates Services. It should be noted that although the successful tenderer will be required to be capable of providing a comprehensive service, not all of the Council’s professional estates work will be awarded as certain sensitive matters will continue to be dealt with by the Council’s own in-house Estates Management Section or otherwise at the discretion of the Purchaser on a case by case basis. A property management service in respect of the Council’s industrial and commercial property portfolio will not be required.
