Tender description

Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a harbor operations service. The successful Contractor will be required to supply harbor operation services and to act as Harbourmaster responsible for the safe and efficient overall management of the port over which Perth and Kinross Council has navigation powers. The successful Contractor will be required to supply harbour operation services and act as Harbourmaster responsible for the safe and efficient overall management of the port over which the Council has navigation powers and compliance with all appropriate legislation pertaining to port operations as detailed in the Perth Harbour Safety Management Systems. They will have to be compliant with legislation relating to the Harbour as a competent harbour authority.
