Tender description

We are looking for a training package which will enable our practitioners working in adult and children's services to gain the relevant skills, confidence and knowledge in relation to personal safety, low level and advanced de-escalation techniques as well as the underpinning theory. For some training we will require bespoke courses for Suffolk County council staff only. For other training we are looking to purchase funded places at existing courses which is already in place with the training provider; this will enable a needs-led flexible approach. For funded places we will require the provider to record and report on take up and completion rates.
