Bean to Cup Coffee Machines and Associated Goods and Services

Tender description

County Durham and Darlington Services were seeking a supplier to provide Bean to Cup Coffee Machines and Associated Goods and Services to Darlington Memorial Hospital for either the purchase, lease or a free to loan contract. CDD Services were seeking a supplier that could provide one, two or all of the following options; 1. Free to Loan - Maintenance and servicing of the machines would remain the sole responsibility of the supplier - CDD Services will purchase consumables from the supplier. 2. Lease of Machines - The maintenance and servicing of the machine will be the sole responsibility of the supplier (CDD Services will evaluate submissions for consumable options) 3. Purchase of Machine - CDD Services will purchase the machine and require maintenance, servicing and consumable options. The contract period was for 36 months commencing January 2018 (with the option to extend for a further 2 x12 months).
