Tender description

In order to progress a new campus in Manchester City Centre, the Group requires the services of an experienced Architect/lead designer. The service will be by way of a direct appointment to the LTE Group via a bespoke letter of appointment. The project is to consist of a full design service which will likely comprise the design and delivery of a new campus building and the design and delivery of education and sports facilities at an existing campus, including site clearance and co-ordination of remodelling/refurbishment of existing buildings. The procurement of an architectural practice to act as the lead designer and architect from RIBA stage 1 to 7 to design and deliver a new City Centre campus. Co-ordinating the design and delivery to meet the client's budget, programme and aspirations for innovative facilities via a design and build contract including novation.
