Tender description

In 8.2017, Hackney Council submitted a bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund’s Parks for People programme to fund the Abney Park Restoration Project. In 12.2017, the HLF awarded the Abney Park Restoration Project a first round pass. Hackney Council now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and highly experienced Design Team to lead on the Development Phase of the Abney Park Restoration Project. The deliverables are: — costed designs developed to RIBA Work Stage 3, — a Business Plan, — an Activity Plan, — a Fundraising Strategy with fundraising targets, — a Management and Maintenance Plan, — a successful planning application, — a Consultation and Engagement Strategy, — to prepare and submit an HLF Stage 2 application, — an updated Conservation Plan.
