Tender description

Highways England is looking to engage technical support in the review and evaluation of the existing data requirements contained the Structures Management Information System (SMIS) schema. This evaluation is to result in the articulation of the existing data requirements and enable consultation to be undertaken so as to agree which requirements are to be maintained, modified and/or retired. In doing so Highways England's current structures asset data requirements can be more comprehensively documented in the Asset Data Management Manual (ADMM).
