Roofing and Enabling Works to Seven Properties

Bron Afon is seeking a suitably skilled, experienced and qualified organisation to deliver roofing and enabling works to seven properties in Neville Terrace, Garndyrus Mount and Hillside Avenue. The project comprises of 7 individual properties which are located within the Blaenavon area of Torfaen and within Bron Afon’s community 1. The Buildings are built upon a steeply sloping ground and the properties comprise of traditionally built, 2 storey end terraced, mid terraced, and semi-detached houses. The residents living in the properties are all Bron Afon tenants living adjacent to private home owners. Therefore contractors will need to abide by the Party Wall Act 1996. Party wall agreements will need to be signed, prior to any work being carried out at adjoining private properties.
