Why the Work is Being Done To improve our service capability and offer best value for money. Problem to Be Solved To determine the Trust’s preferred approach to provide secure email and internal and NHS partner collaboration and productivity capabilities using the Trusts Microsoft existing O365 licencing. Who Are the Users 7000 email users within the trust. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Options paper will contain 2 options: o Office 365 Mail o Office 365 NHS Hybrid (available from March) Previously discounted options include NHS Mail and accrediting our existing server for email. Existing Team The options paper will seek input from -Internal EUC and System team managers -Chief Information Office and Chief Clinical Information Officer -IM&T Senior Management Team -NHS Digital and Accenture (who run the NHSMail service and the NHSM2 tenancy) -Microsoft -London Fire Brigade and other Ambulance Services This work will be supported by a IM&T Programme Manager and Business analyst Current Phase Discovery Work Location Union St, London SE1 0LL, with occasional visits to other London office locations. Working Arrangments Regular presence onsite, 3 plus days a week for face to face meetings.
