Tender description

DFID wishes to appoint a supplier to manage a programme of financial aid and technical assistance to the Government of Ethiopia and other non-state actors to implement measures to improve the resilience of water and sanitation services to climate change in selected climate-vulnerable regions of the country. The fund for financial aid and technical assistance will have up to 15 200 000 GBP available for disbursement from September 2018 to March 2022. The estimated value of the programme management and technical assistance services to be provided by the supplier under this Contract will be up to the value of 1 500 000 GBP which is inclusive of VAT. Financial management and disbursements will be managed by DFID. Programme management and technical assistance will be the responsibility of the supplier.
