Tender description

— supply of Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems (A-VDGS), — associated components, — integrated software and technical services (as may be required by the Contracting Entity). Manchester and London Stansted airports have in operation over 120 ADB Safegate Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems [A-VDGS]. These systems are to be networked into the SafeControl Apron Management (SAM) system as part of the airports’ move toward Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM). Requiring the connection of all existing and future docking systems into an integrated single database and to support fully plans in place to increase the number of airport stands at each airport, Manchester Airport plc intends to offer a framework contract to ADB Safegate for the supply of future A-VDGS; associated components; integration software and technical services (as may be required by the Contracting Entity).
