Tender description
West Street’ provides 29 units of supported accommodation to adults with a learning disability with varied levels of care and support provision offered to meet individual needs in order to maximise independence, increase choice, opportunity, social inclusion and community links. Care and support provided at West Street is based on the assessed needs of each person living at the scheme, with the aim of meeting individually identified outcomes, and with each Tenant accessing a level of core support and planned 1:1 support.
