16-25 year old Accommodation Based Housing Related Support Services - Provider Event

The accommodation support for 16-25 year olds requires a lead provider to coordinate the intervention offer as a whole to ensure the support young people receive is given at the right time and at the right level suited to their assessed need and independence. Bolton Council are open to different delivery models from a single lead provider to a lead provider partnership working with others that can offer added value and breadth. In meeting the service specification, the Council requires a lead provider that can demonstrate expertise working with young people across all levels of needs and complexity. The lead provider must also offer a joined up approach across the different support options, as well as with other external providers and Council services. The event is to be held at Friends Meeting House, 50 Silverwell St, Bolton BL1 1PP, 9.30am – 12.00pm on Tuesday 8 January 2019.
