Tender description
Following from its A6 framework LHC seeks to establish a further framework agreement in respect of the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doorsets and associated products for public sector buildings throughout England, Scotland and Wales on a regionalised basis. All interested companies will be required to demonstrate capability in supplying, delivering and installing products that conform to minimum specified standards of manufacture, performance and security in connection with refurbishment or new-build public sector projects. The framework will be tendered under three contract notices, in England, in Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance, and in Wales on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance. Each contract notice area may be subdivided into regional lots. This framework is being tendered as part of the WD1 suite of window and door frameworks (PVC-U, timber & entrance doorsets) LHC will shortly be inviting suppliers to tender for a new regionally based framework for the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doorsets and associated products for public sector buildings. The form of the framework will be subject to a pre-tender engagement process for which LHC is currently undergoing market analysis as to the potential procurement for A7 Aluminium windows and doorsets. As such, LHC would appreciate it if you could support this analysis by answering a few questions by visiting; https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LHCA7 to download the questionnaire. Companies who are interested in being selected to receive Invitations to Tender (ITT) should, in the first instance, register on LHC’s portal https://www.lhc.gov.uk/our-suppliers to receive the very latest information on this procurement. This LHC Framework is one of a range of specialist building frameworks designed by LHC for use by social landlords and other public sector bodies seeking efficient, quality, locally sustainable procurement solutions in accordance with Public Sector Procurement rules and regulations.
