Tender description

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified provider for the provision of Treasury Advisory Services. Fees will be structured under an annual retainer fee, with prices for additional services submitted at tender stage The Service Provider it to advise on areas including investment advice, credit risk management, strategic advice, technical advice, prudential indicators, economic updates, performing monitoring and any additional reporting relevant to Cobalt Housing. The planned commencement date of the project is 1st March 2019. The duration of the contract is 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years The closing date for submission of documents is 18th January 2019
