Thirteen are looking to procure a web based e-Sourcing solution to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement cycle with 24/7 availability. We require an easy to use system with an unlimited number of users, which adheres to EU legislation and promotes best practice within the UK public sector procurement community.
