Tender description
Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 2 (two) Contractors with 1 (one) reserve to a four year Framework Agreement. Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. It is anticipated that Tai Tarian will spend approximately 9 500 000 over the period of the contract. The works are intended to be EWI, Re-roofing, Re-rendering and other fabric works. All works on/in the properties carried out under the NEC4 option “A” Contract (Priced contract with activity schedule).
