Tender description

The Scottish Government seeks a regionally-based, multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of recording services in relation to agricultural holdings. The purpose of the service is to produce formal records of the condition of individual agricultural holdings (including land, buildings, fixtures, fixed equipment and cultivation). The service will be provided, as required, to Scottish tenant farmers (and their landlords) who are eligible to receive the service by dint of having entered into traditional (or “secure”) agricultural tenancy arrangements. The Framework Agreements are envisaged as running for 4 years and the total value (over all 4 lots) is estimated to be up to 3 600 000 GBP.
