Tender description

This tender aims to procure a vehicle mounted Mobile Mapping System (MMS) that includes photographic and laser scanning/LiDAR remote sensing systems, and associated software, to create a core colourised georeferenced point cloud data set and hemispherical imagery for Northern Ireland. It must also provide software solutions to enable the MMS data to be combined with other point clouds generated from digital aerial photogrammetry and LiDAR, and enable data collection from the resulting combined point cloud.
