Tender description

The University is inviting tenders for the supply of Fire Risk Assessments and Passive Fire and Compartmentation Surveys across its whole estate, which includes residential properties as well as tutorial properties over its sites in Derby, Buxton, Leek and Chesterfield. This new contract is required so that the University is able to continually meet its statutory and legislative requirements and with regard to Fire Risk Assessments (FRA). To ensure that there is adequate fire compartmentation of all buildings a Passive Fire and Compartmentation Surveys (PFCS) are requested.
