Why was no supplier awarded on the previous requirement?Have you re-evaluated the key skills / experiences? No supplier was awarded as there was a mis-alignment between certain supplier responses and the actual candidates proven experience. We did review our listing for skills/experience and this led to us adjusting the essential requirements section. We encourage suppliers to specify examples of "proven experience" as this will help us assess each supplier's submission. 3. Will the FCA sponsor the SC clearance if necessary? Yes - though suppliers must ensure that candidates are clearable 4. Would you consider candidates that progressed for the previous requirement? No - candidates that were submitted under the previous listing and progressed to the interview round should be discounted. We also encourage suppliers to provide evidence of adequate experience when responding to the criteria as this helps us calculate the scorecard used for evaluation. 5. Can you confirm that what is required for this is to simply “confirm” that the candidates CV will show work history alignment to required criteria and that the actual evidence refers to the candidates CV that will be requested by the FCA at a later date? For the last criterion "CV will show work history alignment", this criterion is for internal use as it was the only method available to us to get the message across that we wanted to collect CVs prior to scoring. Please go ahead and add "confirm" as a placeholder.
