Tender description

Herts for Learning Multi Academy Trust, St Meryl School and Inclusive Multi Academy Trust are running a joint procurement exercise to find suitably experienced caterer to manage the school catering services for thirteen primary schools in Hertfordshire. New member schools of the Trusts may join the contracts during the contract terms Herts for Learning Multi Academy Trust, St Meryl School and Inclusive Multi Academy Trust (the Clients) invite you to tender for the provision of school meals and other catering services at their Primary Academies. The Trusts are looking for contractors to demonstrate their experience and expertise to manage the catering services across thirteen primary academies and, potentially, further schools who join the Trusts during the contract period. The tender maybe be awarded to a single supplier, with a separate contract for each legal entity (the Clients) or be awarded to two suppliers with a separate contract for each legal entity (the Clients) The contract will be awarded for a period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, commencing from 1.6.2019 The schools included in this tender exercise are: Wilbury Junior School The Grange Academy Warren Dell Primary School Oxhey Wood Primary School Alban Wood Primary School and Nursery Bromet Primary School Waterside Academy Merryfield Primary School The Orchard Primary School St Meryl School Laurance Haines School Beechfield School Cherry Tree Primary School
