We wish to appoint suitably experienced experts to assist with the delivery of our "Transforming Real Time Information in the West Midlands" project. The aims of the project are  To enable the public to make up-to-the-minute, informed decisions about travel arrangements, particularly at times of disruption.  To provide confidence and assurance about the journey about to be undertaken and whilst on the journey, through both on street and other digital interfaces. This opportunity will be evaluated 60% Quality and 40% Price. Please refer to the attached brief for more details of the requirements. Responses must be uploaded within the Technical and Commercial Envelopes.
