Provide maintenance, repair, testing and validation of the Trusts own decontamination assets in accordance with HTM01-01. Maintenance, repair, testing and validation of the Trusts own decontamination assets which consist of the following requirements - 5x Pass-through, single chamber Getinge instrument washer disinfectors conforming to BS En ISO 155883 to be tested Weekly, Quarterly and Annually in Accordance with HTM 01-01 and also weekly testing of 1 x Medisafe Niagara Washer to HTM 01-01. - 2 x Ultrasonic instrument cleaners to be tested Weekly, Quarterly and Annually in accordance with HTM 01-01 - 5 x Porous Load Steam Sterilisers to be tested weekly, quarterly and annually to the requirements of HTM 01-01 - Provide Steam quality and Purity Testing to the Requirements of HTM 01-01 HTM 2031 on an annual basis. - Weekly Testing of a Sterrad 100NX Gas Plasma Steriliser including weekly analysis and recording of Biological Indicator test results. - Provide fortnightly, quarterly and annual maintenance and Testing of the 2 Steam Generators (4 chambers) - Provide additional preparatory work as required to enable annual pressure vessel safety inspections/tests as requested by the Trust on an annual basis and reassembly following inspection to return equipment back to normal function and use.
