Provision of cleaning services at Dalby Forest

Tender description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the provision of cleaning services at several locations within Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire. Focused in four main areas Dalby Visitor Centre, Dalby Courtyard, Staindale Toilets and Dalby Workshops. The tender covers the regular cleaning of mainly toilets but including some office, shower, kitchen and meeting room facilities. Cleaning needs to be completed outside of normal working hours between 18:30 and 09:00 and number of cleans vary through the year according to demand. Detailed information of the cleaning routine required are contained in the application. The successful applicant will be required to supply the required cleaning equipment, chemicals, PPE and consumables. Cleaning products used should be suitable for use in a septic tank sewage system. The cost of consumables (toilet rolls and hand soap) can be recharged back to the Forestry Commission.
