Tender description

Why the Work is Being Done The Trust (GMMH) are looking to procure a sub-contractor to support the delivery of a Waiting List Initiative (WLI). The subcontractor should have demonstrable experience in delivering e-CBT therapies to a significant number of clients within a 3-5-month timeframe under waiting list initiative conditions. Problem to Be Solved GMMH require a provider of online one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT to be delivered in real-time by BABCP accredited therapists. The CBT therapy in question must be delivered strictly in line with NICE guidelines and validated PHQ9, GAD 7 and PEQ recovery metrics monitored to ensure compliance. Who Are the Users As a Patient I need Patient and therapist communication to be supported through a secure website and accessed via secure logins for both patient and therapist, where possible a two-factor authentication must be in place to ensure the only authorized clients/practitioners are accessing the system and communicating. So that I no longer need to be on the IAPT Waiting list. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team It would require working with the GMMH IAPT team. Current Phase Discovery Work Location Greater Manchester Working Arrangments Delivering 24-hour access for both the therapist and the client on an e-CBT therapies system within a 3-5-month timeframe.
