Tender description

The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Minor Voids, Aids and Adaptations and Major Voids works to approximately 3 950 properties owned and managed by Arun District Council. A decision on the Lotting of works, the full delivery methodologies and details of the contracts including length of the contracts are not fully concluded at this time and will be subject to further reviews. Further information will be provided at a proposed “Meet the Buyer” session (soft market test event), the details of which are provided within the “Additional Information” element of this Prior Information Notice. The estimated value of the contract is shown for one year only.
