Southern Water are looking to enter in to a contract for the provision of Employee Recognition Services. These services shall include but not be limited to: — a web-based portal where recognition will be available at various levels — analytics to measure success, drive decision making and improvements — associated training, advice and account management The intention is to enter in to a contract for an Initial Term of 5-years with an option to extend for a further 3 years making a potential full contract term of 8 years. These services shall include but not be limited to: — a web-based portal where recognition will be available at various levels — analytics to measure success, drive decision making and improvements — associated training, advice and account management We are looking to implement a tailored, current and user-friendly platform where employees and managers alike can easily recognise each other to support overall employee engagement. Our chosen provider will work very closely with Southern Water to understand key business priorities and values, and work with stakeholders to ensure that the service offered is appropriate to the demographics within the employee base across the business. The intention is to enter in to a contract for an Initial Term of 5-years with an option to extend for a further 3 years making a potential full contract term of 8 years.
