Tender description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified consultants/consultancies to co-ordinate and oversee the process from the Draft Local Plan (i.e. that to be agreed by PPWG on 09 April 2019) through Regulation [“Reg”] 18 and 19 stages of consultation to submission (Stage 1), and then through examination to adoption (Stage 2), in accordance with an agreed timetable. TWBC’s preference would be to contract with a single supplier for the delivery of both stages of this project. However, the Council will consider tenders from contractors that are only able to provide services for Stage 1 or Stage 2, and if it deems appropriate will split the contract accordingly.
