Livin Grounds Maintenance Services Contract

Tender description

Livin is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of grounds maintenance and associated services, including tree works, to its communal areas and open spaces. The Contract will be bespoke and run for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Livin is following an Open procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Suppliers seeking to respond to the opportunity must complete Minimum Requirements Questionnaire and other Tender documentation as set out in the procurement documents. Livin is seeking to appoint a single Contractor following evaluation of completed Tenders.
