Tender description

Harper Adams University is inviting tenders for a Library Services Platform (LSP) with a discovery service, and resource list management software (RLMS). The NWUPC Ltd is hosting this tender on their eTendering Platform — In-Tend, however Harper Adams is managing the process. The tender comprises 2 lots: Lot 1: Library Services Platform (LSP) and Discovery Service; Lot 2: Resource List Management Software (RLMS). Suppliers may bid for 1 or both lots. A decision will be made first on Lot 1. The library is seeking to enter into a contract for an initial period of five (5) years from the implementation date. Subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement the contract has a further three options for extension in 2 + 2 + 1 year terms.
