Provision of Insurance Services excluding Broker Services for: Lot 1 Property Lot 2 Casualty Lot 3 Motor Fleet Lot 4 Engineering Insurance and Inspection The Authority is seeking fixed price tenders based upon Long Agreement Term (as defined in clauses 1.1.28 and 5 of the attached terms and conditions) of 3 years' duration with a potential Extension Period of up to 2 years. The Council’s terms and conditions will apply in addition to the Successful Bidder’s policy wording. Liability Insurance excluding Broker Services. The Council is seeking a 3-year LTA with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. Motor Fleet Insurance excluding Broker Services. The Council is seeking a 3-year LTA with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. Engineering Insurance and Inspection excluding Broker Services.
