Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice to seek engagement with the market place to understand developments and innovation in regards to the provision of washroom services (i.e. hygiene units and nappy units) and battery operated fragrance units. To this end the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) wish to facilitate a Supplier Engagement Day to enable interested suppliers to share their knowledge of market developments with representatives from Health and Social Care across Northern Ireland, to aid in the drafting of a specification to be utilised in a competitive tendering exercise. The Supplier Engagement Day will take place on mid-February (date to be confirmed). Expression of Interest should be submitted not later than Thursday 10.1.2019. The exact details of the contractual arrangement are yet to be decided however for guidance it is envisaged that the scope of the procurement will include Washroom Service (Rental of Hygiene Units, Nappy Units and Fragrance Units) within a Health Environment.
